I need cake recipes for microwave....please help!?

Everyday Coffee Cake (Microwave)


25 min | 20 min prep | SERVES 8 , 1 8inch round dish








Ingredients


1 1/2 cups buttermilk biscuit mix (Bisquick)


1/4 cup white sugar


1/2 cup milk


1 egg


2 tablespoons oil


1/3 cup buttermilk biscuit mix


1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)


2 tablespoons butter


1 teaspoon cinnamon


1/4 cup chopped nuts





Glaze


3/4 cup confectioners' sugar


1 tablespoon milk








Directions


1In mixing bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix and white sugar.


2Add 1/2 cup milk, egg, and oil.


3Beat by hand, mixing well.


4Pour into greased 8-inch round dish.


5Blend 1/3 cup biscuit mix, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.


6Sprinkle over batter and sprinkle with nuts.


7Microwave on HIGH for 5-7 minutes. (6 minutes always works perfectly in my microwave.).


8Cool 15 minutes; drizzle with fine glaze.


9Serve warm.


10Glaze: Stir together confectioner's sugar and 1 Tbsp milk.


11From tip of spoon, drizzle glaze over cake in spoke fashion.I need cake recipes for microwave....please help!?
Chocolate Cake


1 cake mix (German chocolate)


1 frosting mix (coconut and pecan)


1/2 c. butter


1/2 c. milk





Prepare cake mix as package direction. Let stand while making frosting. Melt 1/2 cup butter for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 cup milk; heat 1 minute. Stir in 1 packet frosting mix. Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes. Line 2 (8 inch) pans with wax paper. Divide frosting mix into pans. Pour cake batter carefully over top evenly. Microwave 7 minutes at 50% power; 3 minutes on high, one layer at a time. Cool 5-10 minutes. Invert.I need cake recipes for microwave....please help!?
Easy Microwave Cake


This is a super simple recipe I saw demonstrated at a Home and Garden Party. It's so moist and just the right size for a small get-together.


1/2 devil's food cake mix


1 (8 ounce) container sour cream


2 eggs


1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or cherry chips or peanut butter chips, etc

Kid Pleaser Cakes


Chocolate Cakes


Novelty Cakes


Combine all ingredients in a batter bowl.


Pour into a small microwave safe baking dish such as the Pampered Chef mini baker.


Cover baker with a plate.


';Bake'; on high in the microwave for 13 minutes.


Let stand for 5 minutes (do not remove the plate), then invert on to plate.
