Ingredients
1 (6 ounce) 9-inch graham cracker crust
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 large egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of

3 tablespoons strawberry jelly, warmed
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350F.
2Place evaporated milk, cream cheese, egg, sugar, flour and lemon peel in blender (I use a mixer), cover.
3Blend until smooth, Pour into crust.
4Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set.
5Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
6Arrange strawberries on top of pie; drizzle with jelly.

(No-Bake) Chilled Strawberry Cheesecake

For a half pound/1 kg cake
12-15 large strawberry
200 g glucose biscuits or cooked graham cracker
3 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup hung curds
1 cup cream
1 tablespoon gelatin
4 tablespoons water
6-8 fresh strawberry
chocolate chips
strawberry syrup, and
whipped cream, for garnishing
Directions
1Grind the biscuits and mix in the melted butter with it.
2Line the base of the serving dish evenly and smoothly with the biscuit mixture. Put in the freezer to set.
3Now Puree the strawberries and sugar together in blender. Add the hung curd and cream, blend well to make a smooth mixture. Pour it into a bowl.
4Add 4 tbsp of water in the gelatin. Then pour the gelatin slowly into the strawberry mixture. Keep stirring continuously.
5Now pour the strawberry mixture onto the set biscuit base.
6Cover and put in the fridge to set overnight.
7Garnish with sliced strawberries, chocolate chips and whipped cream.
