I'm having a 50s themed party, so I'm preparing jello in one of those medium sized Bundt cake molds. I want to do a twist on the usual jello shots...but I'm worried that the alcohol will make it difficult for the Jello to set correctly in the mold. What alcohol/water ratio would you recommend? I do half alcohol half water. The important part is. Use the jiggler recipe. Its not so squishy. It will hold up better.
Start with the hot water, then after you dissolve the jello add the alcohol in place of the cold water.
