Ingredients


Amount Ingredient Preparation


2 cups flour, all-purpose


1 1/2 cups sugar


1/2 cup cocoa powder


2 teaspoons baking soda


1 cup sour milk


1/2 cup vegetable shortening melted, or salad oil.


1/2 cup water boiling


1 teaspoon vanilla extract





Directions


Put all ingredients (in order) in one bowl and beat.





Bake in greased tube pan for about 55-60 minutes in a 350


degree oven.

60 minutes)

200g porridge oats


150g sugar


150g butter


1 tbsp golden syrup


oven at 200 degrees c.


leave in for 20 mins ish


cut while still hot.


for best results run melted white choccy over after.
Biscuits never call for eggs anyway...biscuits are just flour, baking powder (sometimes soda, too), butter (or shortening) and butermilk (or cream or milk). Cake is gonna be alot harder, because cakes depend on eggs for their structure, sponginess, etc.
